          HOW TO USE

          Adults: 15ml (1 tablespoon) = 2000mg

          Children: 9 years and over 7.5ml

          4-8 years 5ml

          1-3 years 2.5ml

          Storage:

          Please store your premium Poten-C in a cool place, away from direct heat sources. Refrigerating on arrival will keep your supplements in optimal condition for longer. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 90 days.
