Men’s Multi provides the full range of nutrients needed to support the demands of men under the age of 50. This multivitamin for men contains heart-healthy nutrients such as niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, calcium and magnesium.
The formula also contains more than 20 vitamins and minerals, enzymes, antioxidants and polyphenols, which help support a healthy immune system and maintain muscle health, as well as support healthy cardiovascular and bone health.

Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary sources should not be exceeded.
